Our latest project is located on St Johns Road, Smalley in Derbyshire. It took some time to secure a viable planning for all concerned including the garden owners. A planning appeal was required to fully establish the viability of what might be acceptable on this land.

After spending considerable time and money, we achieved our desired scheme, ensuring that all garden owners received the amounts individually agreed upon.
